Erin Albus

Erin began writing when she was around seven years old. From there, she developed a love for creating of all kinds. She graduated from Gettysburg College in December 2020 with a BA in Cinema and Media Studies and a Writing Minor.

Professionally, she has worked in all kinds of pre-production, production, and post-production roles—from planning to writing to filming to editing. In 2023, she was contracted to translate a memoir into a feature length script. During this process, she outlined the story and worked with the author to turn his vision into a screenplay. Previously, she worked as a Producer for 9&10 News in Michigan. There, she produced the 7 and 10 pm newscasts (and sometimes the 11pm show as well) before moving on the hour long 5pm show. She was responsible for stacking, writing stories, and timing the shows to ensure that they ended on time. She also worked for Lucky Uncle Productions as a Script Intern, providing coverage for scripts and creating shooting schedules.

Personally, she has a love for cats and writing absurd comedies.
